Michael Raichelson is an accomplished trial attorney with extensive experience handling real estate litigation, dozens of jury and bench trials, and binding arbitrations. Throughout his career, he has represented clients in contentious disputes and secured multimillion-dollar judgments on their behalf.

Mr. Raichelson graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, with a double major in Economics and Political Science. He earned his law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law, graduating cum laude. In addition to his courtroom practice, Mr. Raichelson served as the head of the litigation department for one of California’s largest real estate companies.

His experience in this position provided him with a unique perspective on real estate disputes, litigation management, and the practical business considerations that accompany legal matters. Outside of his legal practice, Mr. Raichelson enjoys spending time with his wife, their two children, and their English bull terrier, Nessa. He is also the author of The Descent of Ethan Cole, a fictional legal thriller involving circumstances that could have been ripped directly from recent headlines.
