Alexander Cervantes brings litigation, real estate, and commercial law experience to McLaughlin Sanchez LLP. His background includes working with the San Francisco Superior Court’s Real Property/Housing Court on unlawful detainers and other property disputes, as well as serving as a Deputy District Attorney, where he developed extensive courtroom and case-management experience handling matters from arraignment through resolution.



Alexander also brings firsthand perspective to property-related matters as the founder and managing member of a real estate investment company managing a multi-unit residential property. His experience in both litigation and business matters allows him to approach landlord and property-owner disputes with an understanding of both the legal issues and the practical considerations that can affect an owner’s property.
